26 week pregnancy update

Week: 26 weeks

Pregnancy symptoms: I had a sore back again for 2 days but nothing major. I'm starting to feel quite hungry again, like I could just eat all day and I'm in quite a predicament. I want to move our bedroom furniture around and make room for baby, start exercising, organise the baby shower ect ect, but I can barley keep my eyes open and I haven't moved off the couch much in the past week. I'm sleeping so much at the moment! But as I've learnt, these symptoms come and go so the minute I have energy, look out! I have also been experiencing pain in my right hand which felt worse this morning, so I took my rings off an walla! The pain is still there but I have a huge indent where they sat. Thank god my engagement ring is too big. I'm not taking that puppy off!!

Moody/happy: I'm not sure if its because of my awesome birthday week or that I'm the future Mrs Mears but I've been feeling great in the mood department. I don't feel pregnant at all in that category :) 

Total weight gain: 73.2kgs

Sleep: I can't get enough! I've been overly tired these past few days.

Looking forward to: Christmas! I've been really naughty this year so I only have a few presents but over the next few weeks I will have all my laybys paid and can put them all under our tree!!! And we have a few christmas concerts and carols to attend, one being Caitlin's concert which will be fun :)

Worst moment this week: Here in Australia, summer started December 1st. And here in Melbourne it's been rainy and cold since December 3rd!!!!! Stupid weather!!

Movement: Jelly bean has become quite active! Even daddy notices in the middle of the night while he is snuggling me. His kicks have gone from full jabs to little bubbles popping all over. I'm almost certain he has gone head down and is getting a little squashed now. 

Belly button in/out: It's slowly been going inside out but I've noticed over the past few days it's pretty much out and staying out!

Best moment this week: Well this was actually last week but seeing as I didn't do an update: We're engaged!!!! I guess that was the best moment this week also as I still catch a glimpse of my ring every now and again and it's almost like being surprised all over again. I forget that we're getting married and to be reminded at the most random of times puts the biggest smile on my face and brings back all the memory's of that night :)
